The Colorado AIDs project (CAP) was founded by the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Colorado (GLCCC) in 1983 to support those affected by the disease. In May 1984, CAP separated from GLCCC and became incorporated as the Colorado Health Network, Inc. CAP offers a variety of client services and educational programs.
